Podcasts are amazing.

They make commutes productive, allow us to multi-task, and let us listen to interesting and entertaining content offline. When you want to listen to a podcast, it can be difficult to a find a good episode to listen to. We don't have have that kind of time – when we pull out our phones to listen to something, we want to listen now.

The problem is discovery. There are so many podcasts, and it's hard to find the best ones. Say a friend recommends a podcasts to you so you visit the podcast page, and all the episodes are listed in reverse chronological order. I want to see the best episodes, or episodes on a certain topic, and not have to read through the descriptions for each one. In addition to this, I want to be able to search for the best episodes across all podcasts of a certain genre. Podcasts are amazing, and they deserve an amazing podcast app.
